Erewhon Raisin Bran Cereal
We take US grown organic whole wheat berries, complete with bran and germ, the way nature intended, and steam them until soft, roll them into flakes and oven-toast them. Since the organic raisins in our raisin bran cereal are naturally sweet, we add just a touch of barley malt to enhance the natural sweetness of the whole grains. Enjoy by the bowl, sprinkled over yogurt or in your favorite muffin recipe.
